Spray Dryer

According to the characteristics of different products, pressure spray dryer or centrifugal spray dryer can be designed and manufactured.

Vertical dryer- Upper intake and upper exhaust

Features:

- Low drying temperature, short drying time, minimum heat denaturation of nutrients such as whey protein, and maximum retention of the activity of nutrients

- The finished product is agglomerated particles with good free flow

- Agglomeration on the top of the fine powder tower, controlling the bulk density of the powder 450+30kg/m3, wetting time ≤7s

- Moisture content of milk powder is adjustable from 2.0-3.0%

- Based on infant formula milk powder, the total number of bacteria is less than 100cfu/g

- Produce powder with very low content of small particles (dust-free), with an average particle size of 350μm

- Final powder temperature<30OC

- Can dry thermoplastic and hygroscopic products

- The temperature of the particles is kept at a low level throughout the drying process, ideal for heat-sensitive products

- Has high thermal efficiency

- Equipped with a rotary dehumidifier for stable air intake conditions

 

Applied to:

- Whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, infant formula milk powder, modulated milk powder, creamer, fat powder, whey powder, whey protein concentrate, etc.,

Vertical dryer- Upper intake and down exhaust

Features:

- The diameter the tower is small, the column is high, and the exhaust is at the bottom, which belongs to the two -stage spray drying

- The product is dried and cooled in a vibrating fluid bed outside the tower

- The tower wall hanging fewer powder

- Exhaust air is discharged through the "skirt" part of the enlarged diameter in the middle, which reduces the load of the powder catcher

- The bulk density of non-agglomerated products>600kg/m3, and the agglomerated products 450-550kg/m3

Applied to:

- Various fat-containing and non-fat products, agglomerated and non-agglomerated products

 

Low temperature spray dryer

Features:

- It can maintain a high drying speed at a temperature of 30-50OC, shorten the drying time, perfectly preserve the characteristics of the raw materials, and solve the problem of drying heat-sensitive materials.

- The exchange temperature of materials is below 60OC, and the powder produced at this evaporation temperature ensures the activity of biological substances.

- The finished product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility. The particle size, looseness, and moisture are adjustable.

- In order to meet the requirements of customers to adjust various parameters during the experiment, real-time regulation PID constant temperature control technology is adopted to make the temperature control of the whole temperature zone accurate, and the heating temperature control accuracy is +1OC.

- The feed volume can be adjusted by the feed peristaltic pump, the rated processing volume is 800mL/H<BR>.

Applied to:

- The spray drying of liquids containing dry substances such as solutions and suspensions. Especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials such as concentrated milk, soy milk, egg liquid, yeast and food additives.
