Technological use: refine fat globules, in order to distribute fat well throughout the milk and prevent it from floating upwards, thus ensuring pasteurization results.

Main structure / Technical characteristics: High pressure three cylindrical piston homogenizer. The parts in contact with milk are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The parts that work in the high pressure zone are made with high pressure and corrosion resistant alloy materials. The protective box is made of AISI304 stainless steel.

Cleaning: Clean in series with the pipeline.
