Processed cheese

Processed cheese, also known as melted cheese or reconstituted cheese, is made by further processing of finished cheese, usually a blend of hard rennet varieties with different aromas and degrees of maturity, which is crushed and melted by adding emulsifiers and stabilizers. During the processing, spices and seasonings can be added according to the needs of different tastes, and finally cooled and packaged. Its flavor is soft, it is easy to adjust the flavor in manufacturing to meet the needs of different consumers, and it has a long shelf life.
