Technological use: purify milk, separate fat and standardize milk.
Main structure / Technical characteristic: vertical high-speed centrifugal disc separation structure. The parts in contact with milk are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or stainless steel alloy with appropriate characteristics for milk operation and which complies with food sanitary standards. The locking ring is made of alloy material. Integral operation with automatic unloading and Optionally, manual unloading can be used.
Fat content in skimmed milk: ≤0.1%.
Cleaning: Clean in series with the pipeline.
